We invite high-quality papers in all areas of contemporary analytic
philosophy for the 4th Annual Arché/CSMN Graduate Conference.
The conference is co-hosted by Arché, Philosophical Research Centre for
Logic, Language, Metaphysics and Epistemology, and CSMN, Centre for the
Study of Mind in Nature.

The 2010 Logic and Language Conference is the first of a series of
conferences co-organized by the Northern Institute of Philosophy at the
University of Aberdeen, and by the Centre for Logic and Language of the
Institute of Philosophy at the School of Advanced Study, University of
London.

**Six NIP Graduate Fellowships***
For visits to NIP within the periods 11 October to 13 December 2010 and 25
May to 11 July 2011 .
Successful applicants will have well-developed research interests in one of
the four projects currently running at NIP (Basic Knowledge, Contextualism
and Relativism, Formal Epistemology, The Self and Self Knowledge). The

The 9th National Conference of the Italian Society for Analytic
Philosophy (SIFA) will be held in Padova from the 23rd to the 25th of
September 2010. The Conference offers an occasion for discussion of
various themes of research in analytic philosophy. We invite submissions

MRes in METHODS AND PRACTICES OF PHILOSOPHICAL RESEARCH
This innovative form of Masters programme, with a principal emphasis on
research, is unique to Aberdeen and the Northern Institute. It is designed
for able graduates with a reasonably broad undergraduate philosophical
experience who wish to begin to acquire the specialised skills needed for
independent research in philosophy prior to application to PhD programmes.

Amsterdam Graduate Philosophy Conference 2010 - Call for Papers
The *Amsterdam Graduate Philosophy Conference 2010* is organised by the Department of Philosophy and the Institute for Logic, Language, and Computation of the Universiteit van Amsterdam. The conference will be held *between Thursday, 30 September, and Saturday 2 of October*.
The theme this year is *Truth, Meaning, and Normativity*.
We are pleased to announce our keynote speakers: *Paul Egré* (Paris); *Jeroen Groenendijk* (Amsterdam); *Max Kölbel* (Barcelona); *Hannes Leitgeb* (Bristol); and *Åsa Wikforss* (Stockholm).
The conference will take place at the *Allard Pierson Museum*.
